Established in 1862, Acetaia Pedroni is one of the oldest artisan balsamic vinegar producers in the world. Acclaimed critic Ruth Reichl proclaimed that she had found "the perfect balsamic vinegar" with Pedroni. Their Vecchio vinegar is aged for over 3 years in wooden barrels, boasting a soft and balanced profile; wonderful with salads and on cheese. No caramel is added.
